Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Of course! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. We see this as part of their charm—each piece is unique.

As many of our products are handcrafted, we recommend gentle use and handwashing where possible. If applicable the product listing will include care notes specific to the item.
